1. Who are we?

ferropas.eu is a service of Point2Create BV, KvK 63324547. These terms and conditions apply to any use of the website and the service.

2. What we provide — and what we do not

We provide general information about the legislation that this platform concerns, with reference to the official text. This is expressly not legal advice: no advisory relationship is created, we do not assess your situation and we give no warranty that you will comply with the regulation with the aid of our information.

You make decisions about your own compliance yourself, if necessary with a lawyer or in consultation with the competent supervisory authority.

3. Due diligence and errors

We endeavour to present information accurately, up-to-date and with source attribution, and we review every text before publication. However, legislation and its interpretation change; completeness or accuracy cannot therefore be guaranteed. If you spot an error, please report it — we will amend the text or take it offline.

4. Subscription and payment

The subscription runs per month or per year and is terminable at the end of the term. All prices are exclusive of VAT. For business customers outside the Netherlands with a valid VAT identification number, VAT is reversed.

5. Use of content

The texts on this platform are copyright protected. Automated and large-scale taking (scraping) or commercial reuse is not permitted without written consent. The underlying legal texts are public domain and remain freely accessible via EUR-Lex.

6. Liability

We are not liable for damage arising from decisions you make on the basis of the information, nor for indirect damage or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms and conditions limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, including liability for intent or gross negligence.

7. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and conditions. If you have a complaint, please let us know first via office@ferropas.eu; if we cannot resolve it together, you may approach the competent Dutch court.
